Hello and welcome to Parley 2.0! This thread is designed to help you find your feet, whether you are new here or a veteran Parleyer. Do keep in mind that I am not trying to insult your intelligence in this post, I just like writing this way.  This thread is still a work in progress, but let's get to it! Posting: Boards function as a way of letting you communicate your thoughts and feelings to other humanoid creatures and the main way of doing that is by posting. Here’s how:  When you are in a thread, look out for this “add reply” button. Then click it.  Ze wonder of technology! Clicking makes wonderful things happening, and in this case a new page came. As you can see in the screencap, there’s a wide open space for me to type in. And so I do just that...  I wrote in there, see? It’s just too bad that I am a spammer. Dun dun DUN! Maybe I can rewrite that...  It’s just so much easier for other humanoids to understand me when I don’t type as if I am completely inebriated or having some kind of sugar-related incident. If you are under the influence of alcohol or sugar, you are still welcome here at Parley. Just don’t blame me if you get into some type of...posting accident.  Writing all of those words would seem pointless if I can’t get it where others can read it, right? I mean, the point of writing something is for others to understand me and my views. So, to get all those lovely words “saved”, is to click that lovely button. Thanks, button! Stay tuned for more walkthroughs soon! |
