What kind of rpg game do you play, if you play them? I recently got into a roleplaying game that I thought people of Parley would like to try. here is the link Rule the seas. Check it out. you can join my gang IMT or oppose us. join or fight which will you do?

What kind of RPG is it? I looked at it but it doesn't really look familiar to me...or much like a message board one. I do RPGs, used to do MMORPGs, but have fallen out of that habit. Now it's only message board based ones--and all freeform ones. Fun, but a lot of work. |

text based. not message board. It does have a chat and a board on it but the meat of it is task oriented. there is another on that similar to it out as well, but I tend to like this one better since I played it first. |

I occasionally do message board rpgs (Used to do pirates, but now X-Men... It's tough when your character is blind and can't talk...) I used to play Final Fantasy XII, but I quit after a few months. GOt bored with it. A few of my friends play a game similar to Rule the Seas, only it's a crime/mafia based one. Looked pretty neat at first, but after a while I lost inteest and never signed up. |

There was an amusing one my friend got me into a a while ago called Kingdom of Loathing, it's full of references to other things, and a nice spoof on fantasy type RPGs and such. I didn't last terribly long on it, but I was amused. I was Hildwyn the Sauceror. |
