Since some people aren't clear about what is allowed and what isn't allowed in Liar's Dice, here's a little explanation. As the forum description says, Liar's Dice is the forum for games and other random silliness. Because posts made here aren't as 'meaningful' as others, they do not add to your post count. But that doesn't mean you can just do whatever you want in here. Spamming is not allowed here any more than it is elsewhere on the board. Why? Because spam is bad, m'kay? And just because you're not getting any points for posting here, doesn't mean it's OK to spam away. It's not about the post count; it's about the spam. If you're not sure about what spam is, and why it is bad... read this thread. So, this too is a non-spam zone. If you post on a game playing that game, that's fine. If you post on a RPG-ish thread adding or responding to events, that's fine. But pointless posting is not allowed - not on the RPG-ish threads either. No one-on-one convos; no chatting. That's what computer science created IM services for. I know, nobody likes to be reminded of the rules... but it's all about keeping this board going and keeping it fun for everyone. Be nice to your fellow boardmembers; don't eat the bandwidth, and don't plague those who have a poor connection and/or little time online by making tons of posts that have nothing to do with the thread they're posted on. Thank you for reading.
