Thanks a bunch, Loonie!

I finally found it!

I like Posted Image as well...

And Parley should add Posted Image

It's just... keen.

I go to A and B for my smilies, myself. They're mostly the ones they have on IMDb, but there are a few good ones there.

You want to check that a smilie site allows "hotllinking" before you link to their images, but they probably won't.

When you specify an image from, say planetsmilies, then you use their bandwidth to serve the image. Unless they specifically say that's okay, the better thing is to copy the image to your own PhotoBucket account and link from there. That's using your own bandwidth to serve the image.

When you pay for Web space, you usually get a certain amount of bandwidth included in the monthly charge and if you go over, you pay extra. For free sites, you get so much bandwidth in a given time period (usually based on the ad revenue) and then server simply cuts you off. They allow you what someone else pays for.

So...let's be good cyber neighbors and use our own bandwidth, okay?  B)

So, if I upload an image from a website into my photobucket account, and then link to it in my account, than that is okay? And I can use pictures and things from other sites as long as I don't alter them? Does that include making the picture smaller, like for use in a signature? I just want to make sure that I am not doing anything wrong.
